Enjoyable 36-hole parkland course in a relaxed atmosphere
The natural parkland setting of Windsor Park Golf & Sports Club . Though relatively short, water comes into play on almost every hole, making accuracy essential. The undulating greens are kept on the slow side to cater to golfers of all abilities.
The Lagoon (A Course) / Palm (B Course) combination offers classic parkland golf stretching just over 6900 yards with tree-lined fairways, greenside bunkers, sweeping creeks and ponds, and sloping greens exemplifying the challenges at Windsor Park. The Lakeside nine (D course) is much tougher, as it plays around a pair of large man-made lakes, making accurate shot-making essential. The greens are also more challenging, are full of subtle bumps and hollows, so it's probably better for high handicappers to avoid this course.
Although some of the holes run parallel to each other, the area in between is densely forested, providing a natural park setting that is a favourite among locals and Korean golfers. The upkeep of the golf course is about average as compared to other Bangkok courses, and the large clubhouse, overlooking the C Course's 9th hole, could use a renovation. However, the restaurant serves excellent western breakfasts in addition to the usual Thai and Asian selections, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
In summary, Windsor Park Golf & Sports Club is a reasonably priced Bangkok golf course away from the city's hustle and bustle that offers a relaxed and nature-oriented atmosphere for golf enthusiasts. To make the most out of the experience, players should request one of the more experienced and English-speaking caddies to help with green reading and club selection.

Good course just 60 minutes from Central Bangkok
Good layout of 4 nine hole courses. Plenty of sand and water hazards. Good condition. Generous fairways although there is lots of trouble for wayward shots. Greens are on the slow side for Thailand but still tricky. Clubhouse facilities and locker rooms are excellent. Caddies great but limited English spoken. Overall this was a good experience and would recommend. Grab Taxi to and from Central Bangkok costs around 350 THB.A very mature 36 hole treelined course
The course is in OK condition—a few weeds around, but generally very playable with subtle elevation changes. There are lots of mature trees and quite a few water hazards.
